this wiki is being translated manually by tnarik (at least for the moment).
tnarik is using the translation plugin for DokuWiki, developed by Andreas Gohr. It's easy to install, easy to configure and it seems to work as it should, although it would be great having proper language automatic recognition, as the language negotiation mechanism doesn't seem to work well with the short URLs.
